A Family History of Customer Service
“My Dad can save you money!”
That was the phrase Reed Spencer remembers from his childhood when his family sold furniture in downtown Tipp City. When Reed was a little boy, he’d go to Thornton’s with his Dad and Grandpa and watch them sell their wares to the customers. He was fascinated by the way a client could walk in the door, not too certain of what they wanted, and within just a few moments his Dad or Grandpa would know just the right piece of furniture to fit their lifestyle. This ability to match clients with the perfect fit runs naturally through Reed’s blood. Later in life, Reed’s grandfather began selling real estate in the Miami Valley. Reed loved listening to him tell of the buyers he had helped unite with the perfect house or the unique sales points of a particularly hard-to-sell home. His grandfather loved what he did, and Reed shares that same passion. |

Life is Short: Make It Count
Reed’s family is the most important thing in his life. He knows that with his wife and son by his side, there is no challenge he cannot conquer. With that in mind, Reed never loses sight of the fact that life was meant for living. “One of the most important lessons in life is that it is indeed too short, so you need to make the most of it. I want to make it as nice as possible for myself, my family and my clients.” This drive to help people make the most of life is one of the reasons that Reed became a real estate professional. |

Taking Advantage of Your Roots
A native son of Miami County, Reed learned a long time ago what a wonderful place it is to live. After graduating from college in Cincinnati and traveling and living out west for a time, Reed came home to his roots. He and his wife Lori knew that Miami County would be the perfect place to raise children and to share their lives together. Along with their son Ethan, the family enjoys all that this incredible area has to offer. Whether it's fishing in the rivers, hiking through the many great parks, taking a ride on the bike path or just relaxing in their own backyard with a picnic lunch, Reed and family truly enjoy all that life in the Miami Valley has to offer. |
